• We offer the following shipping options:

- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-12 business days

- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-4 business days

• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Footy Depot is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

• We currently do not offer international shipping. Shipping times vary by destination.

• Please note that Footy Depot is not responsible for any customs delays or fees incurred.

 

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

 

• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at footydepotservice@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

• In the event of lost or stolen packages, Footy Depot is not liable for refunding or replacing items but will assist in filing claims with the shipping carrier.
