At Footy Depot, we want you to love your gear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 21 days of the delivery date.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

 

• Brand new and unworn

• In sellable condition

• Returned in the original packaging with all tags attached

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

 Certain items may be final sale or non-returnable due to hygiene reasons (e.g., socks, mouthguards) or if otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, please contact us first. Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or there was a fulfillment error on our part.

How to Start a Return or Exchange
